Law, Policy, and Maryland’s Cannabis Industry

The legalization of cannabis in Maryland has raised a host of challenging legal and regulatory questions. The University of Baltimore Law Review will gather Maryland’s foremost experts on cannabis, including policymakers, regulators, and legal practitioners, to address a wide range of criminal, business, and social equity aspects of cannabis legalization. The event will take place on Friday, April 12, 2024, at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
